45-Day Return Policy
Product returns are subject to Manufacturer Restrictions. Not all products are eligible for return. Customer agrees to follow the Powerwarehouse.com policy to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from Powerwarehouse before attempting to return any products. Your valid RMA# must be clearly marked on the package. All original packaging (original box, packing materials, diskettes, cables, registrations materials, documentation, etc.) must be included. Packages returned incomplete or damaged will not be accepted. All returned merchandise must be sent prepaid (no COD's), and insured. Powerwarehouse will not pay for any returning packages.
To request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) simply send an email to our RMA Dept (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your name, invoice number and a brief description of why you are returning the item(s).
DEFECTIVE - Must be returned directly to Powerwarehouse within 15 days receipt, at Powerwarehouse's discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
NON-DEFECTIVE - Must be returned directly to Powerwarehouse within 7 days from receipt, at Powerwarehouse's discretion for credit or exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns for refund are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee.
DAMAGED ITEMS - If merchandise arrives damaged; save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in. Notify Powerwarehouse immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. Damaged items must be reported within the same day.
